Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations is responsible for overseeing the Firm's marketing and sales operations through the administration of HubSpot and related sales and marketing technologies. This role leads the systems, automations, integrations, reporting, and data processes that support lead generation, business development, client experience, and strategic growth initiatives across the Firm.

Working closely with the Chief Growth Officer and cross-functional teams, this role serves as the Firm's primary HubSpot and marketing technology leader, ensuring operational efficiency, data integrity, scalable processes, and actionable reporting across the marketing and sales pipeline. This role also oversees user adoption, training, documentation, and continuous improvement of the Firm's marketing and business development technology ecosystem.

Essential Functions

  • Oversee the execution of sales and marketing operations within HubSpot, relationship intelligence platforms, and outbound prospecting systems, ensuring alignment with overall growth strategies
  • Serve as the primary administrator of the firm's HubSpot environment, including management of system architecture, permissions, custom objects, workflows/automations, integrations, lifecycle tracking, pipelines, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Oversee and manage data flow into HubSpot through various integrations and connected systems, including firm client management databases, form and intake platforms, relationship intelligence tools, and more.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, business development, admin, IT, industry and service lines to design, optimize, and maintain scalable systems and processes within HubSpot that support firmwide operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with vendors and technology partners to support marketing and sales technology initiatives.
  • Lead the development, optimization, and governance of marketing attribution models, sales funnel reporting, executive dashboards, campaign performance tracking, and pipeline analytics to support data-driven decision-making and revenue forecasting.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and documentation of automated workflows and business processes within HubSpot and integrated technologies to improve operational efficiency, lead routing, client communication, and internal collaboration.
  • Manage and maintain the governance and quality of contact data across HubSpot through regular audits, deduplication processes, standardization protocols, and compliance with firmwide data governance standards.
  • Oversee and manage the firm's outbound marketing and email engagement platforms, including list-building and prospecting tools such as Clay, Lemlist, and related technologies, ensuring alignment with business development and lead generation strategies.
  • Routinely evaluate the effectiveness, scalability, and utilization of the department's technology stack, making recommendations for process improvements, platform enhancements, system consolidation, or new technology adoption as necessary.
  • Provide group and one-on-one training, coaching, and support for HubSpot users and related sales and marketing technologies to improve adoption, process adherence, reporting accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain system documentation, process maps, workflow documentation, and internal knowledge resources to support operational consistency and knowledge transfer.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Firm's operational environment, industry segments, service lines, and strategic growth objectives.

Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in HubSpot administration, including Marketing, Sales and Operations Hub.
  • Proficient with outbound email technology
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Preferred Education And Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in HubSpot administration, including Marketing, Sales and Operations Hub.
  • HubSpot Academy Certifications
  • Prior experience in TypeForm, Clay and Lemlist
  • Prior experience in public accounting or another professional services organization.
