Bostik Philippines, Inc. is looking for a strategic and commercially driven Senior Manager - Marketing Development to lead initiatives that accelerate business growth, strengthen brand leadership, and drive profitability across our portfolio.
In this role, you will spearhead strategic marketing, demand generation, product commercialization, market intelligence, digital marketing, pricing strategy, and customer development programs. You will work closely with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and regional stakeholders to translate market opportunities into sustainable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead demand generation initiatives that drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth.
- Strengthen Bostik's brand positioning and customer engagement across key market segments.
- Drive product launches, portfolio management, and go-to-market strategies.
- Generate actionable market, customer, and competitor insights to support business decisions.
- Lead pricing, profitability, and value-creation initiatives to maximize sustainable growth.
- Oversee digital marketing, communications, events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
- Develop a high-performing marketing team and foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline
- MBA or Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience
- At least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role
- Experience in construction, chemicals, adhesives, industrial products, building materials, manufacturing, or other B2B industries is highly preferred
- Strong expertise in strategic marketing, demand generation, brand management, market intelligence, pricing strategy, and profitability management
- Proven leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
