Senior Manager/Manager - Legal

Key Deliverables

• Conduct legal research and advise on regulatory and compliance matters with a focus on Middle East jurisdictions (Dubai, Bahrain)
• Draft, review, negotiate, and close agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and manage contract repository efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure business and align legal strategies with market trends
• Provide risk assessment and commercial legal counsel to support fintech and Web3 business operations

Role Responsibilities

• Manage legal operations related to Middle East laws, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
• Lead negotiations and maintain relationships with external counsels, partners, and vendors
• Maintain and optimize contract management tools and legal documentation repositories
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and mentor team members to foster growth and legal excellence
