Senior Manager/Manager, IT Project Systems Lead (SAP S4HANA)

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
• Gather, document business requirements and technical requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed technical solutions.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business requirements.
• Provide support and guidance to stakeholders on technical matters and best practices.
• Analyze data to uncover insights and trends that drive business decisions.
• Develop Test cases and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven with at least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, such as Agile or Scrum.
• End-to-end Implementation experience in different domains - Civil Engineering or Hospitality Industry.
• Good configuration knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Project System structures: WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Material Requirement planning, Project quotation, Time sheets, Goods issues, and other project management activities in SAP PS
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Material Management and Purchasing, Financial and Controlling modules.
• Must have completed at least two end-to-end implementations.
• Experience on complete PS module cycle from project creation to settlement.
• Basic programming skills, the ability to read and code review complex code base.
• Must be proficient in handling Issues/support functions.
