Senior Manager, Legal Affairs

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing legal advice and services on issues concerning the rights, obligations, and privileges of the organization. Provides resolution of business or technical issues by identifying legal solutions, recommending a course of action.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

Must be an LLB or JD graduate and a member of the Philippine Bar in good standing or must have a law degree that qualifies to practice law.

With 2 years of law firm experience as a Lawyer and handled Labor, Criminal, and Civil Litigation; with extensive exposure in contract review and negotiation of cross-border transactions. (Underbar experience will not be counted)

Must have presentation and analytical skills.

Must have problem solving and innovative skills.

Must have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Must have excellent English oral and written communication skills.
