Senior Manager IT (Cybersecurity Project & Contract Management)

Job Requirements

• Lead and manage the cybersecurity project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for cybersecurity initiatives.

• Develop and enforce project governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.

• Negotiate, manage, and monitor vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics.

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with IT, OT, business units, and external partners to ensure project success.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.

• Provide executive-level reporting on project status, budget utilization, and risk posture.

• Drive continuous improvement in project and contract management practices.

• Mentor and guide project managers and team members to build internal capability.
