Your Day-to-Day:
Head the HR department (Employee/Labor Relations, C&B, HRIS and Employee Engagement) for Ortigas site
Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions to assess industry trends. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of talents.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Administers benefits programs such as life, health, and other company and government benefits
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings
Prepares budget of human resources operations
What We're Looking For:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science or any relevant field.
At least 10 years experience in the HR practice; 5 years as Senior HR Manager
People oriented, results driven and able to connect with various levels of the organization
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Working knowledge in key facets of HR Management (Employee Relations, Labor Relations, C&B, Health & Safety, Data Management, Employee Engagement, RnR and etc.)
Extensive knowledge and experience on Corporate Compliance and Philippine Labor Laws
Very good knowledge on BPO industry standards
Demonstrates excellent written, verbal, active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Willing to work Onsite or Work-From-Home on shifting schedules, rest days or holidays
