The Senior Manager, Global Procurement is responsible for developing and executing global sourcing and procurement strategies that support the organization's repair operations, supply chain objectives, and cost optimization initiatives. This role manages strategic supplier relationships, negotiates global agreements, and drives procurement excellence across a complex international supplier network.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive procurement experience within electronics repair, consumer electronics, telecommunications, aftermarket services, or a related industry. Mandarin language proficiency is critical, given the significant engagement with suppliers across China and Asia.
Key Responsibilitie
- sDevelop and execute global sourcing strategies for repair parts, components, and related services
- .Lead supplier selection, qualification, negotiation, and ongoing supplier management activities
- .Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and strategic suppliers
- .Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, terms, service levels, and supply commitments
- .Drive supplier performance improvements across cost, quality, delivery, and service metrics
- .Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities while ensuring supply continuity
- .Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to mitigate risk and improve sourcing decisions
- .Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
- .Lead procurement projects supporting new product introductions, repair operations, and supply chain initiatives
- .Develop and mentor procurement team members while fostering a high-performance culture

Required Qualificatio

- d.8+ years of progressive experience in Global Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supplier Managemen
