Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Director on physical security, security operations, and regional risk matters, providing forwardlooking insights and recommendations.
- Support the Director in the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the Business Assurance and Security strategy across the Philippines, Japan, and Asia Pacific.
- Translate enterpriselevel security and assurance objectives into executable regional and countrylevel security programs.
- Prepare and deliver risk assessments, incident analyses, metrics, and executive summaries to leadership.
- Support enterprise risk management, internal/external audits, and client assurance activities related to physical security, and SOC operations.
- Ensure PHSOC serves as the designated failover and continuity site for ASOC,
- Ensure compliance with client security requirements, contractual obligations, and industry standards applicable to Customer Solutions and Supply Chain operations.
- Drive crossfunctional coordination with IT Security, Privacy, Legal, HR, Facilities, Business Resiliency, and Health and Safety.
- Coordinate with Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Health and Safety to ensure integrated response and recovery.
- Lead or represent the Director in regional forums, crisis situations, operational reviews, and stakeholder engagements as delegated.
- Provide continuity of leadership by acting on behalf of the Director for designated security operations or initiatives when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related security or crisis related courses.
- Certifications such as CPP, PSP, CISM, or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience in Supply Chain or BPO environments.
- Background in crisis management and investigations.
Work Experiences:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a physical security, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity on a regional scope.
Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and BPO security and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel across sites in the Philippines and APAC
