Senior Manager for Workforce Management Team

Job Responsibilities

• Hold overall accountability for service delivery of the pharmacovigilance account, ensuring contractual SLA/KPI adherence across all workstreams (case processing, medical review, quality).
• Act as primary point of contact for client governance, escalation management, and relationship ownership.
• Drive operational strategy, budget/resource planning, and headcount management across Team Managers and Team Leaders.
• Oversee quality and compliance posture of the account; ensure readiness for client/regulatory audits and inspections.
• Lead continuous improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
• Manage risk, business continuity planning, and contract/SOW compliance for the engagement.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate/Doctorate degree in Life sciences/Pharmacy/Medical sciences or equivalent degree (MBA/Master's in Healthcare Management preferred)
• 8-12+ years of experience in Pharmacovigilance operations, including significant experience in service delivery/account management within safety databases like Veeva Safety Database, Argus, and proven experience managing large teams and client relationships
• Fluency in English
• Amenable to work onsite and night shift in Taguig
