POSITION: SENIOR MANAGER FOR WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS

JOB LOCATION: First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP), Sto. Tomas, Batangas

JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Manager for Warehouse and Logistics will be responsible for overseeing and strategizing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, and distribution, to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety. Key duties include leading teams, implementing standard operating procedures, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), managing logistics partners, and driving continuous improvement through digitalization and automation. This role requires strategic planning, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business goals and maintain customer satisfaction. Apply deep expertise in SAP, ISO standards, and audit processes to deliver operational excellence and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Warehouse Operations: Direct all warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, inventory, picking, and dispatch. Ensure smooth material flow and on-time shipments.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee transportation and distribution planning. Build strong relationships with carriers and third-party logistics partners to minimize costs, reduce delays, and boost efficiency.
  • SAP System Management: Leverage SAP to track inventory, fulfill orders, generate reports, and optimize workflows. Train staff and promote SAP best practices across the team.
  • Supply Chain Planning: Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and planning teams to align stock levels and logistics with production targets and demand forecasts.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and grow warehouse and logistics teams. Uphold a safety-first culture while maximizing productivity and staff development.
  • ISO Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with ISO standards (such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001) and regulatory requirements. Maintain and improve standard operating procedures.
  • Audit Management: Coordinate and lead internal and external audits. Address audit findings, implement corrective actions, and ensure ongoing readiness.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Redesign processes and introduce automation to improve speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Data & Reporting: Monitor key metrics—including inventory accuracy, OTIF (On Time In Full), and cost per shipment—using SAP and analytical tools. Share insights to support decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion lean initiatives, drive system upgrades, and foster a culture of innovation within warehouse and logistics operations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Must have at least (15) years of warehouse, logistics, and supply chain planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth, hands-on knowledge of SAP, particularly WM, MM, and SD modules.
  • Proven expertise in ISO compliance and audit management for both internal and external audits.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making; advanced skills in KPI tracking and performance management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and influence a range of stakeholders.
  • Practical experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
