The Senior Procurement Manager – WPCRE leads global sourcing, commercial negotiation, and supplier governance across five sub-categories: Lease Administration, Construction & Fit-Out, Integrated Facilities Management, Physical Security, and Logistics Services. Operating across APAC. The role partners with Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, and Legal to deliver cost optimisation, risk mitigation, and audit-ready procurement outcomes at scale.
Qualification:
- 15+ years in global procurement with deep expertise across WPCRE sub-categories in a multi-region, matrixed environment.
- Proven track record in complex contract negotiation, supplier governance, and cross-regional stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in e-sourcing platforms (SAP Ariba or equivalent), spend analytics, and SOX-controlled procurement environments.
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; CIPS or RICS membership highly regarded.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute global WPCRE category strategies; lead multi-region RFPs and competitive sourcing events across all five sub-categories.
- Own end-to-end commercial negotiations — fee models, SLAs, indexation, risk allocation — and deliver validated cost reduction and avoidance.
- Manage global supplier governance: performance scorecards, business reviews, compliance audits, and proactive risk monitoring.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders; support executive decisions with commercial insight, options analysis, and risk assessments.
- Maintain SOX-compliant, audit-ready procurement operations and champion third-party risk and ESG obligations across the supply chain.
- Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed procurement team, building commercial capability and a culture of accountability.
