Job Description

Job Scope

Build and execute company-wide cybersecurity and risk strategy aligned with business goals
Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards (PCI DSS, data privacy laws, etc.)
Oversee security of cloud and on-prem systems across product and internal environments
Lead security team while also handling hands-on technical and incident response work
Improve identity access, device security, and workstation/BYOD controls at scale

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

8–10 years IT experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong background in cybersecurity frameworks (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.)
Experience with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws)
Knowledge of identity management, access control, and endpoint/device security
Able to work both as a technical hands-on contributor and team leader in fast-moving environments
