Job Description

Job Scope

  • Lead end-to-end accounting operations including month-end and year-end close
  • Prepare and review financial statements and ensure accuracy of all reports
  • Maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance standards
  • Manage reconciliations (banks, balance sheet, fixed assets) and resolve variances
  • Support audits, tax requirements, and cross-functional financial coordination

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with audit or finance background (Big 4 preferred)
  • At least 5+ years experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and internal control frameworks
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar is an advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage tight deadlines
