This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Manager, Data Protection Office (DPO) Compliance Officer. In this position, you will lead the development and implementation of data protection policies that ensure compliance with global privacy and security regulations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring compliance, conducting audits, managing privacy incidents, providing expert guidance, and fostering a culture of data protection throughout the organization. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to address privacy risks and take a proactive approach to safeguard sensitive data.

• Extensive knowledge of data protection, privacy regulations, and compliance strategies (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, privacy risk management)
• Experience in creating, implementing, and managing data protection policies, as well as conducting audits
• Strong skills in risk assessment, regulatory analysis, and compliance monitoring
• Proven experience in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication
• Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or similar certifications preferred
• Strategic and analytical thinking with a detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently, manage large-scale initiatives, and effectively lead teams
• Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, information security, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable
