Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

To lead the formulation and development of business and operational strategy as directed by senior leadership. Solve for organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Lead operational strategy and workstream formulation under the direction of senior leadership. Drive transformative strategies that improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This may be within the Real Estate Operation Division or in collaboration with Fund Management & Investment, Centralized Functions, and other stakeholders.
  • Work independently or with internal teams and/or external consultants. Where appropriate, lead a small task force of 2-3 members assigned to the project. Coach the team and facilitate delivery for success.
  • Own the full life cycle of solutioning. Lead problem discovery and definition program-manage analytical workstreams and provide recommendations supported by root causes, solution conceptualization, options, trade-offs, impacts, outcomes, risks, change management, and execution options.
  • Ensure the integrity, completeness, and practicality of recommendations to senior management. Confirm that recommendations are correct and fully understood by senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and engagement to surface risks, track progress, and secure buy-in.
  • Push boundaries, systematize, and advocate the effective deployment of artificial intelligence across the life cycle of solutioning and solutions.
  • Lead the execution of key solutions where applicable.
  • Facilitate discussions of strategic issues among senior leaders where needed.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base of the Operational Excellence team through sharing and documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor's degree preferably in an analytical field. MBA or graduate level qualifications will be a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with more experience will take a more senior title that commensurate with experience.
  • Internal or external operational consulting experience.
  • Diverse experiences. Bi-lingual or multilingual and/or worked outside Singapore and/or successful transitions between industries.
  • Able to travel ( 20%) and respond to fast-paced work requirements.
