Senior Manager, Creatives

This role provides overall creative leadership for Marketing Services, ensuring that all published materials, both on and off property, are strategic, brand-compliant, and meet departmental standards. The position is central to maintaining the creative integrity of the Solaire brand.

• Spearhead ideation and develop creative strategies aligned with briefs and brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide direction and oversight to Graphic Artists, Animators, and Photographers.
• Serve as the go-to expert for executing materials across various media, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Lead both art and copy production efforts.
• Oversee the creation of digital, print, video, and social media content.
• Handle high-level creative requests and tasks from upper management.
• Inspire and lead a team of graphic designers, writers, and multimedia professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment through mentorship and training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or equivalent (advanced education is a plus).
• 10–12 years of overall professional experience, with at least 8 years serving as an Art Director in an advertising agency or a comparable creative setting.
• Deep understanding of online advertising and marketing trends, especially in luxury hospitality and integrated resorts.
• Prior creative experience working with integrated resorts, hotels, food & beverage (F&B), luxury, and/or hospitality brands is considered a strong advantage.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, XD, Lightroom, Spark, Dimension, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience with AI tools like Midjourney and Adobe Firefly.
