Job Responsibilities

Creative Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the Art and Copy teams to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned creative outputs.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance check-ins, and skill development sessions.
  • Manage workload allocation, prioritization, and productivity across creatives.
  • Build a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment within the team.

Creative Production & Quality Assurance

  • Review all creative work before release to ensure brand consistency, clarity, and executional excellence.
  • Validate accuracy of copy, visuals, layouts, specifications, and technical requirements.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to creative standards and NUSTAR brand guidelines.
  • Maintain quality control across all channels: print, digital, social media, large format, static and animated formats, and corporate materials.

Project & Timeline Management

  • Oversee creative schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all outputs.
  • Monitor project statuses and ensure SLAs are consistently followed.
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing Communications, Marketing Operations, Digital, Entertainment Marketing, and business units for clear briefs and timelines.
  • Manage urgent requests properly while protecting workflow balance.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with Casino, Hotels, Mall, and F&B teams to gather creative requirements, align messaging, and ensure execution accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Events and Entertainment teams for performances, shows, and onsite visual requirements.
  • Liaise with agencies, production suppliers, printers, and fabrication partners as needed.
  • Support corporate communications teams for internal and executive materials.

Process, Systems, and Standardization

  • Strengthen creative workflow systems and structure for intake, review, revisions, approvals, and final production.
  • Establish clear creative SOPs and ensure the team adheres to them.
  • Develop templates, guides, creative toolkits, and brand reference materials.
  • Improve file naming conventions, asset libraries, and creative archival systems.

Training & Development

  • Organize quarterly training sessions for copywriters and designers.
  • Introduce best practices in creative trends, design, copywriting standards, and marketing principles.
  • Ensure all creatives stay updated on branding guidelines and technical specifications.

Vendor, Production, & Fabrication Oversight

  • Oversee coordination with printers, fabricators, and production houses for large format, collaterals, and special builds.
  • Validate mechanical specs, color accuracy, proofing, and pre-press requirements.
  • Review costing, quotations, and timelines from suppliers when needed.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of solid experience in marketing operations, agency operations, or project management.
  • At least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Preferred: integrated resort, hospitality, gaming, retail, or large-scale entertainment business experience.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
