Senior Manager (Brand Management)

Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Senior Manager, Brand Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.
• Conduct market and consumer research in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to generate actionable insights.
• Work closely with local markets and franchises across APAC to develop and execute integrated marketing communications and creative content initiatives.
• Partner with country teams to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy within their respective markets.
• Develop and enhance regional search strategies, including search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives, to maximize brand visibility and performance.
• Drive the adoption and utilization of digital marketing platforms and tools to improve operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
• Support the development and implementation of brand guidelines, frameworks, and toolkits to ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, and Digital Marketing.
• Proven track record in integrating brand building with business operations.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing channels and optimization strategies to enhance customer behavior, acquisition, retention, and sales performance.
