Job Purpose
- The MIS Analyst plays a key role in the delivery of timely performance reporting and analysis to CESG Management and Clients.
- This role will help drive critical business decisions through analyzing metrics and designing reports, by gathering, analyzing, and compiling financial data needed to identify trends and patterns, then making recommendations for business actions.
Accountabilities
- Coordinate with departments such as Workforce Management and Site Operations to gather or collect business data.
- On occasion, data may need to be sourced directly from the client
- Extracting data and combining them to gain insights that will help create reports.
- Up-to-date reports and documentation. Generate weekly and monthly reports
- Interpret and analyze data and provide accurate reports
- Visualize and present data using business intelligence tools
- Identify and define new opportunities for process improvement
- Monitor data to identify changes in trends
- Plan, coordinate and execute analytics projects that are relevant to units within Client Contact Centre; projects may relate to data, management reporting, productivity or performance tracking
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- 1-3 years working experience with advanced analytics technologies/tools
- With good data visualization. Working experience in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Azure, Advanced Microsoft Excel (Most preferably Power BI)
- Solid experiences developing SMART dashboards, delivering insightful data and trend visualization
- With either working knowledge in financial reporting or people management/analytics skills
- Bachelor's degree of any course, a degree in a quantitative field is a plus
- Knowledge of CMS, AVAYA, Five9, Salesforce and other reporting platforms
- Knowledge in VBA, Macros, Linked Data, pivot charts, power query and design tools
- At least 2 years relevant experience in reports generation, creation and analytics
- Strong experience in reports creation such as Dashboards and understandable visualization
- Willing to work on shifting schedules

- Comfortable in learning new applications quickly and with minimal supervision
- Experience in using large databases with complex relationships between tables
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Knows how to work effectively as a team player, in a collaborative environment, and must work well with peers and members of the greater organization.
- Self-driven and can work under minimum supervision
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Experience working in a deadline-driven environment
