The Qualifications We Seek
Experience
- 3-5 years of management accounting experience
- Proven experience leading or supervising finance teams
- Hands-on exposure to multi-entity reporting and consolidation
Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Newly qualified, part-qualified, or currently pursuingACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
- Advanced Excel skills (handling large, multi-entity datasets, pivot tables, reporting models)
- Xero proficiency (or similar accounting systems) - required
- Strong understanding of consolidations, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting
- Excellent English communication skills

Your Daily Tasks
Management Reporting & Consolidation
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts for multiple entities
- Produce consolidated financial reports and management packs
- Maintain data integrity across all reporting structures
Financial Monitoring & Analysis
- Monitor budgets, costs, and performance drivers
- Analyse trends, identify risks, and highlight improvement opportunities
- Deliver actionable financial insights to stakeholders
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support entity-level budget preparation and forecasting
- Assist in consolidated group planning
Business Partnering
- Communicate KPIs and financial insights clearly to stakeholders
- Provide financial support to operational leaders
Cash Flow & Controls
- Monitor and report cash flow across entities
- Strengthen financial controls and documentation processes
- Ensure accurate intercompany reporting and reconciliations
Continuous Improvement
- Identify automation and reporting efficiency opportunities
- Improve financial processes and data accuracy
People Leadership
- Lead and motivate finance team members
- Manage workload distribution and performance deadlines
- Support team development and capability growth
