Work Setup & Schedule:
- 5:00pm to 2:00am – Mondays to Friday or 8:00pm to 5:00am –Mondays to Fridays
- 3 months onsite during probationary period then will transition to Hybrid setup with 1–2 days onsite per month or quarter.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the full sales-to-billing lifecycle, ensuring accurate setup of agreements, pricing, products, and billing schedules in ConnectWise PSA.
- Coordinate with Business Directors and Delivery teams to validate project scope, financial structure, and invoicing readiness.
- Prepare and issue recurring and project-based invoices accurately and on time.
- Conduct billing quality assurance checks, including agreement, rate, and invoice validation prior to submission.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in collaboration with Accounting and Finance teams.
- Handle subcontractor onboarding, compliance documentation, and accounts payable processing.
- Verify subcontractor rates, purchase orders, and contract alignment to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Process customer credits and credit memos while maintaining compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
- Maintain audit-ready billing, invoicing, and financial documentation.
- Support synchronization between PSA, CRM, and financial systems to maintain accurate billing and product data.
- Ensure consistency in product codes, pricing, agreements, and billing rules across platforms.
- Maintain organized financial records and standardize filing structures across SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, Sales, Delivery, and Managed Services teams to support revenue operations.
- Identify billing process inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements, templates, and operational documentation.
- Support automation and AI-driven workflows, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve billing efficiency, accuracy, and reporting.
What will make you a great fit:
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, billing, or finance operations, preferably in recurring billing or service-based revenue environments.
- Strong background in billing operations, invoicing, financial controls, and revenue-related processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations, data cleansing, and basic financial modeling.
- Experience using PSA platforms, particularly ConnectWise PSA, with exposure to billing, agreements, products, and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on financial accuracy, documentation integrity, and internal controls.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, and Operations teams.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial and client information.
- Preferred: Experience in technology services, managed services, or consulting environments with complex billing structures.
- Preferred: Knowledge of CRM and PSA financial best practices, including pipeline forecasting and revenue data management.
- Preferred: Experience with process automation or AI-enabled finance operations tools such as Power Automate or Microsoft Copilot.
- Preferred: Experience managing contractual, financial, and audit-related documentation within SharePoint environments.
