Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mac Administrator to support enterprise-level macOS deployments, Jamf Pro configuration, infrastructure management, and advanced troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience managing Mac environments, handling enterprise deployments, developing shell scripts, and providing Tier III technical support. This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and support critical systems in a 24/7 operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support macOS deployment technologies across a global enterprise environment.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Jamf Pro.
• Manage infrastructure supporting macOS deployments.
• Provide rapid response to Mac system issues, outages, and deployment failures.
• Deliver Tier III technical support to Level II and field support teams.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Bash scripts.
• Implement security policies for Mac systems.
• Perform advanced macOS troubleshooting and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop enterprise-wide solutions.
• Conduct basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
• Support critical systems, scheduled maintenance, and deployments in a 24/7 operations environment.
• Create and maintain technical and operational documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 5 years of related technical support experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on macOS experience.
• 4+ years of Jamf Pro experience or Jamf 300 Certification.
• 4+ years of experience managing enterprise deployments.
• 3+ years of Change Management experience.
• 3+ years of shell scripting experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with Apple Enterprise Technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and Change Management processes.
• Experience with Jamf Cloud.
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and NAT.
• Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call and after-hours rotation.

Nice to Have:

• AWS experience.
• Apple certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Hybrid work setup (2–3 days onsite).
• Office location: Pasay City.
• Shifting schedule.
• Must be amenable to a 24/7 operations environment and on-call rotation.
