Overview:
The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will build and deploy AI agents and intelligent automation solutions that improve internal operations beyond chatbot and voicebot use cases. The role focuses on high-impact workflows such as Finance, Legal, Project Blueprint, Digital Colleagues, and enterprise productivity solutions while establishing reusable AI capabilities, governance controls, and implementation patterns.
What you will do:
- Design, build, deploy, and support production AI solutions for internal operations.
- Develop reusable agent frameworks, MCP integrations, templates, and tooling.
- Enable business teams through playbooks, starter kits, and technical guidance.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, monitoring, and Responsible AI standards.
- Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, and operational scalability.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, AI Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related technology roles.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end, production-grade AI/ML solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, optimization, and ongoing support.
- Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with cloud services, APIs, and MLOps.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, prompt engineering, vector databases, and Agentic AI frameworks, including building AI-powered assistants, workflow agents, knowledge retrieval systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks, benchmarking, hallucination mitigation, and Responsible AI practices.
