Senior M365 Engineer – Enterprise Engineering & Automation
We are looking for a highly senior Microsoft 365 (M365) Engineer with deep enterprise-level engineering experience to design, automate, and transform M365 environments across complex, multi-region organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, engineer, and implement enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 solutions across complex and multi-region environments.
- Lead and deliver major M365 transformation initiatives, including M365 migrations, cloud transformation, identity modernization, tenant consolidation, and enterprise M365 deployments.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks for M365 tenant administration and end-to-end user lifecycle management.
- Build robust automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Integrate M365 processes with ServiceNow, including workflow automation, provisioning, deprovisioning, approvals, and operational processes.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable solution architectures.
- Challenge existing requirements and approaches where appropriate, identifying opportunities to improve automation, security, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Define and establish engineering standards, architectural patterns, governance models, and technical roadmaps for M365 services.
- Work closely with architecture, security, identity, infrastructure, service management, and business teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Provide technical leadership on complex M365 engineering problems and transformation programs.
- Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and continuously identify opportunities to modernize the M365 environment.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise security, compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements.
