Job Description

The Leasing Manager role requires a highly creative and strategic individual who can effectively develop and execute initiatives to meet the tenancy requirements of the assigned mall. Beyond simply filling vacant spaces, the role focuses on curating an optimal tenant mix that will drive consumer traffic and enhance the mall's market appeal.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing strategies, policies, projects, and procedures aimed at increasing and maximizing tenant occupancy across the mall.
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and recommending product and service mix concepts, construction requirements, and tenant compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Managing and integrating sales and marketing functions to improve tenant performance, leasing operations, occupancy levels, and achievement of rental income targets.
  • Ensuring tenant satisfaction while adhering to mall management regulations, company policies, established conventions, and operational procedures.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or any related field.

Experience Requirement

Applicants should have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in leasing, real estate, retail, fashion, sales and marketing, business development, or related fields, preferably from an international or high-end brand.
