Qualifications:

.Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

.At least 7 years experience in leasing, with at least 3 years in leadership role

.Strong track record in closing deals for office, retail, or mixed-use developments

.Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills

.Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, laws and contracts

.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
