Sr. Lease Administrator

Primary Function

The Senior Lease Administrator is responsible for owning and maintaining accurate lease data for assigned countries or regions. This includes performing lease abstraction, reviewing and accepting abstraction work from service providers, managing critical dates, and ensuring timely and accurate updates in the lease database. The role also supports process improvement initiatives and documentation, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of assigned countries portfolio data and documents
  • Perform accurate lease abstraction and data encoding, ensuring consistency and completeness
  • Review and validate abstraction work from service providers, ensuring it meets quality standards
  • Coordinate with service providers to resolve issues and implement process updates
  • Monitor and manage critical lease dates, ensuring timely action and escalation
  • Develop deep familiarity of assigned portfolio data and documents
  • Audit existing data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of database updates
  • Build strong working relationships with country stakeholders and internal teams
  • Ensure country/ regional compliance for document and data submission as per agreed processes including format. Escalate for resolution where necessary.
  • Suggest improvements and automation to existing processes based on business requirements.
  • Contribute and support on other lease admin requirements and activities as needed
  • Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Understand, meet, or exceed KPIs.

Qualifications


  • At least 3 - 5 years experience in lease administration
  • Experience in lease administration and Real Estate database tools and databases (i.e. ManagePath, Costar, Sequentra, Power BI, translation tools) is a must.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Legal, Commerce or any equivalent.
  • Adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adjust work hours based on business needs
  • Willing to work from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
  • Willing to work in BGC

Work Conditions


Hybrid arrangement: Once or twice a month onsite.

Shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM.

Equipment: Laptop and other peripherals will be provided by the company.
