Job Description

Role Summary

The Senior Learning Operations & APAC Enablement Partner supports the execution and operational delivery of enterprise learning programs across the APAC region. This role owns learning platform operations and partners closely with U.S.-based learning leaders to localize, deploy, and deliver leadership development and role-specific training in alignment with global standards.

Operating at the Senior Professional (P3) level, this role focuses on execution excellence, regional enablement, and operational reliability rather than global strategy ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Platform Operations & Governance

  • Own day-to-day learning platform operations (LMS and/or content platforms such as LinkedIn Learning or Skillsoft)
  • Manage user access, course publishing, enrollments, reporting, and issue resolution
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for learning platform vendors
  • Apply defined governance standards to ensure platform reliability and consistency
  • Maintain operational documentation and workflows
  • Support platform enhancements or transitions as directed by U.S.-based learning leaders

APAC Program Execution & Enablement

  • Lead APAC rollout and adaptation of enterprise learning programs, including leadership development and role-specific training
  • Partner closely with U.S.-based learning leaders who own global strategy and program design
  • Execute localization, scheduling, delivery coordination, and learner communications
  • Ensure learning experiences are culturally relevant and operationally feasible

Role-Specific Training Support

  • Partner with regional HR and functional stakeholders to identify role-specific learning needs
  • Support development of learning frameworks, curricula, and assets aligned with global direction
  • Coordinate vendor-supported programs where applicable
  • Depending on the program, support design, deliver selected regional sessions, or coordinate facilitators

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track participation, completion, and basic effectiveness metrics
  • Prepare summaries and insights for U.S.-based learning leaders
  • Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements

Ad Hoc L&D and Performance Management Support

Provide execution and coordination support for ad hoc learning and performance management initiatives

Ways of Working

  • Partner effectively with U.S.-based learning leaders and regional stakeholders
  • Apply Fluence learning frameworks and quality standards consistently
  • Work independently within established processes
  • This role is based in APAC and follows local employment practices. Flexibility in work hours is expected to allow several hours of overlap with U.S. time zones as needed. Adjusted schedules will be planned in advance and balanced with local norms.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 46 years of experience in learning operations, L&D coordination, or HR enablement
  • Experience supporting learning platforms and regional or global training rollouts
  • Strong organizational and execution skills
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones
  • Experience supporting APAC regions in a global organization
  • Familiarity with learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, Skillsoft, or similar
  • Experience supporting leadership development or role-specific training programs
