Senior Lead Engineer – Identity Engineering | Manila

About the Role

As Senior Lead Engineer, you will be the Manila-based lead for Identity Engineering, overseeing capabilities spanning Privileged Access Management (PAM), User Access Management (UAM), PKI, and identity data. This is a leadership-first role: we're looking for someone who can lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers across multiple identity domains — not a single-domain specialist.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping technical strategy, uplifting engineering standards, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the platform. You'll be accountable for technical delivery, people leadership, and alignment with global cyber and engineering practices.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers delivering identity and access management solutions across PAM, UAM, PKI, and related domains
• Own technical delivery outcomes, ensuring high-quality engineering aligned to strategic cyber engineering objectives
• Drive engineering excellence — coding standards, best practices, and continuous improvement across the team
• Manage stakeholders across global cyber and engineering functions, communicating clearly and influencing outcomes
• Balance hands-on technical contribution with people leadership and delivery oversight

What You'll Bring (Required)

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 2+ years in an engineering leadership role managing teams in an offshore or global delivery model
• Strong hands-on application development background
• Solid understanding of cyber security principles, privileged access controls, and identity security
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and automation
• Strong people management, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on technical work with people leadership and delivery oversight
• A track record of driving engineering excellence and continuous improvement within teams

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing or supporting CyberArk PAM solutions
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
