We are seeking a seasoned
Senior Landscape Architect with a minimum of
8 years of professional experience to join our team. This is a fully remote position suited for a self-motivated expert who can manage complex landscape projects from conceptual design through to construction documentation without the need for constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop landscape design concepts and detailed plans
- Prepare drawings, presentations, and documentation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams
- Review project requirements and ensure design compliance
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Produce high-quality conceptual presentations, master plans, and detailed planting schemes.
- Prepare comprehensive construction documentation packages and technical specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (Architects, Civil Engineers, and MEP) to ensure site integration.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables meet international standards and client expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Landscape Architect
- Strong portfolio showcasing landscape design projects
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, etc.)
- Solid understanding of site planning, planting design, and materials
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
