Role Description The Senior Landscape Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila, responsible for leading the planning and design of landscape projects across Megaworld developments. This role oversees the creation of site concepts, master plans, and detailed landscape designs that align with project goals, sustainability standards, and local regulations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and specifications, developing planting plans, coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers, and reviewing contractor work to ensure design intent and quality. The Senior Landscape Architect also provides technical guidance to junior team members, participates in design reviews, and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces that enhance overall project value.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture
• Licensed Landscape Architect is an advantage
• With minimum of 15 years working experience in Landscape Design.
• Must have hands-on experience in construction/field/landscape works both hardscape and soft scape works
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet right deadlines
• Proficient in AutoCAD, photoshop, and other design applications
• Has strong design background
• Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila
