Overview

The Senior KOL Specialist is responsible for leading and managing influencer/KOL strategies to drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales. This role will oversee the full influencer lifecyclefrom sourcing and negotiation to campaign execution and performance optimizationwhile guiding the KOL team to ensure high-quality output and alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

KOL Management & Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategic KOL/influencer marketing plans aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard KOLs/KOCs suitable for the target market and brand positioning.
  • Create strong relationships with KOLs, agencies, and talent managers.

Campaign Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, content direction, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Ensure deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and submitted on time.
  • Collaborate closely with creatives, marketing, and operations teams to coordinate campaign assets and timelines.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and train junior KOL Specialists and Assistants.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure the team meets targets.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign KPIs such as engagement, conversions, traffic, and ROI.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve future influencer strategies.

Negotiation & Budget Management

  • Negotiate rates, deliverables, and contracts to maximize value.
  • Manage the KOL budget and ensure cost-efficient execution.

Market Research

  • Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs.
  • Suggest new talent, platforms, and creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
