The Role

We're looking for a Senior Klaviyo / Data / Gifting Manager to own the systems side of our marketing — email, data, and our gifting program across multiple brands. This is a hands-on senior role with real ownership: you'll run Klaviyo and Google Ads, and build out and lead our gifting function with a small team reporting into you.

What You'll Do

• Own email marketing in Klaviyo: flows, campaigns, segmentation, and list health
• Manage Google Ads: setup, optimisation, and reporting
• Build and lead our gifting program across brands, including creator/influencer seeding at scale
• Manage a database of gifting contacts and coordinate large batch sendouts with our warehouse team
• Manage a small gifting team: setting targets, tracking output, and keeping them accountable
• Pull, analyse, and report on performance data across email and ads
• Build repeatable systems and documentation so the function runs consistently, not ad hoc

What We're Looking For

• Strong Klaviyo experience: flows, segmentation, and data, not just sending campaigns
• Google Ads experience with real campaign responsibility
• Exceptional attention to detail: this role requires accuracy at a very high standard
• Comfortable working with data: you can pull numbers, spot what's off, and make decisions from them
• Experience managing or training people, or clear readiness to step into it
• Highly organised and systems-minded: you set up processes rather than working reactively
• Excellent written English
• Available during Australian business hours (or significant overlap)
• Influencer seeding, gifting, or PR experience a strong plus
• E-commerce or subscription business experience a strong plus
