Interface with installer clients in the Philippines, including key account groups. Handle email communications and on-site visits, assist clients with system installation, commissioning, after-sales service and operation & maintenance. Respond promptly to customer requests, resolve their technical issues, and address all product-related demands.
Fault Analysis and Reporting:Collect and analyze system fault-related data to identify potential problems and trends. Prepare detailed fault analysis reports for internal teams reference and provide improvement recommendations.
Compilation and Summary of Product Quality Issues: Gather product requirements and feedback on quality problems, then communicate this information to the quality and internal product teams to drive product improvements.
Compose after-sales documentation and training materials, and provide training to internal staff as well as external installers of major clients.
Conduct regular visits to key accounts, summarize current product issues, suggestions, and requirements, and feed them back internally to facilitate product optimization and problem resolution.
Qualifications:
Based in Davao, Philippines.
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in the energy storage industry is preferred, especially experience with solar inverters. Outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered.
Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
Customer support and client service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluent spoken English.
Good teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with other departments to solve complex technical problems.
Must be a fast learner, able to quickly grasp new technologies and tools, and willing to learn.
