Job Description

The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and expanding business opportunities with key retail and distribution partners in the beauty industry. This role requires strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of beauty product categories, and the ability to develop effective account strategies that maximize brand presence and profitability.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 57 years of progressive experience in sales or key account management within the beauty, personal care, skincare, cosmetics, or retail and distribution industry.
  • Proven track record of managing major retail accounts and delivering strong sales results.
  • Strong understanding of beauty product categories, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, store visits as required.
