Job Description: Senior Java / TIBCO EBX Developer

Core Requirement: 4+ years of hands-on TIBCO EBX experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Java / TIBCO EBX Developer to develop, customize, and maintain enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) applications. The candidate should have strong Java development skills and extensive experience with the TIBCO EBX platform.

This is an individual contributor role requiring independent execution and technical ownership. The candidate must be available to work according to the Bangkok team's schedule and attend daily meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize TIBCO EBX data models, workflows, views, and business rules.
• Build custom extensions using the EBX Java SDK and Java APIs.
• Develop and maintain backend applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Build REST and SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Develop batch and real-time data integrations with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
• Implement data quality, validation, matching, merging, and data governance rules.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and database performance.
• Support code deployment, troubleshooting, and production maintenance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on TIBCO EBX development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSD, and XPath.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
• Experience with data integration and enterprise MDM solutions.
• Ability to work independently and deliver with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• TIBCO EBX certification.
• Experience upgrading EBX from version 6.x to newer versions.
• Knowledge of Kafka, TIBCO EMS, RabbitMQ, or JMS.
• Experience with AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Maven, and Jenkins.

Key Requirement

Candidates must have strong hands-on Java development experience and at least 4 years of dedicated TIBCO EBX experience.
