Senior Java Software Engineer

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high‑performance environments and wants to shape the future of financial systems.

What you'll do:

• Lead server‑side Java design and development in banking and trading platforms.
• Build and deploy scalable solutions on AWS (EC2/EKS).
• Implement and optimize FIX protocol integrations across FX, Credit, and Commodities trading.
• Collaborate with architecture and DevOps teams to ensure best practices in SDLC, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to agile ceremonies.
• Provide L3 support for production deployments and issue resolution.

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years of experience in global financial services, with a focus on trading systems.
• Advanced expertise in enterprise Java development.
• Hands‑on experience with FIX Engines (QFJ, Rapid Addition, UlBridge).
• Strong AWS deployment skills, plus CI/CD proficiency with Jenkins and GitLab.
• Solid Linux administration, SQL database management, and middleware knowledge (e.g., Solace).
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Terraform/Ansible, and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
• Familiarity with FX/Credit/Commodities products and electronic trading environments.
