Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Oracle PL/SQL, and Angular or React.js.
The role involves developing scalable and high-performance applications, participating in technical and architectural discussions, troubleshooting complex issues, mentoring team members, and ensuring quality delivery in an Agile environment.

Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices
- Strong experience in REST API development and integration
- Hands-on experience with Angular or React.js
- Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, including query optimization and database performance tuning
- Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, Data Structures, and Algorithms
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Docker
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Ability to design scalable solutions and participate in technical/architectural discussions
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architectures
- Experience with Elasticsearch, including search, indexing, and analytics use cases
- Experience with cloud-native and DevOps practices
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices
- Develop and integrate secure and high-performance REST APIs
- Build and enhance frontend applications using Angular or React.js
- Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL queries, procedures, and database operations
- Apply appropriate OOP principles and design patterns
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Contribute to performance, scalability, security, and reliability improvements
