Job Description

Senior Java Developer

Application Development and Support

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform requirements gathering and analysis.
Design Application / Web Services based on system requirements.
Create Specifications and test designs for the Applications / Web Services.
Write well-designed, efficient code.
Perform Unit and SIT testing.
Conduct performance testing and optimization.
Lead junior developers.
Perform code and test plan review.
Coordinate with Business Users, other IT resources, and/or Vendor regarding Projects and Tasks at hand.
Support of Application / Web Services incidents in Production and in Test.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor of Science Degree in IT or equivalent
Good delegation and time management skills
At least 3 years Java/J2EE application development experience
Familiarity with Spring/Spring Boot, Java, Hibernate, ReactJS, Microservices, Container based deployment, XML, XLS, REST&SOAP APIs, JIRA
Experience in Agile Scrum is a plus
