Job Description

College graduate or equivalent.
Must have 3-5 years of work experience in the field.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Provide technical support to employees for IT-related concerns
Maintain and monitor company servers, systems, and network performance
Ensure proper installation, updates, and security of company software
Support system backups, data protection, and cybersecurity measures
Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary
Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures
Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by management
