Seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager / Director to lead strategic, large-scale Data & AI initiatives. This role will oversee complex projects, ensuring delivery excellence, profitability, and strong client engagement.
Open for candidates within APAC who are interested to move to Manila, Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of major Data & AI projects, including project P&L and team organization.
- Drive project governance, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage change requests and ensure client satisfaction.
- Support sales activities through consulting, pre-sales, contract and SOW review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Previous hands-on technical experience in Data Development, BI, or Data Analysis.
- Proven track record in leading teams and managing complex data projects.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the finance/banking industry.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
