Role Overview
The Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, maintaining, and securing core IT infrastructure across hybrid environments. The role focuses on Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, PKI, Exchange Online, and cloud-based services, while supporting automation, cloud migration, and infrastructure optimization.
Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Engineering
Design, deploy, and maintain Hybrid Active Directory, including Domain Controllers, Group Policies, and Entra ID integration.
Manage Exchange Online, AWS SES messaging, and enterprise email services.
Maintain DNS infrastructure using Active Directory DNS and AWS Route 53.
Design and maintain Enterprise PKI and identity services.
Manage and secure Windows Server environments.
Support migration of on-premise infrastructure to AWS cloud services.
Automation & Support
Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and ServiceNow.
Implement monitoring solutions and identify automation opportunities.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 infrastructure support.
Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure reliable operations.
QualificationsRequired
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Engineering or similar role.
Strong Experience In
Windows Server administration
Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
PKI infrastructure
VMware vSphere
Networking and security fundamentals
ITSM / ITIL frameworks
Experience supporting infrastructure projects and enterprise environments.
Strong troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills.
Willing to work in a hybrid setup in BGC, Taguig.
Willing to work on Morning or Night Shift schedules.
Preferred
Experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms
Knowledge of SQL databases
Experience in Agile environments (Kanban)
Experience in financial or regulated industries
Relevant certifications (AWS, Terraform, GitLab, VMware)
