Senior IT Engineer – Production Systems (Odoo & Power BI)

We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to lead the integration between Production and IT systems.

This role goes beyond support—you will drive digital transformation in manufacturing by shaping how

production processes are translated into scalable ERP solutions using Odoo and Microsoft Power BI.

You will work closely with leadership, production teams, and ERP partners to optimize operations,

improve efficiency, and ensure data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Act as the lead interface between Production, Management, and ERP partners

Analyze end-to-end manufacturing processes and identify system-driven improvements

Own and drive ERP enhancements within Odoo (Manufacturing, Inventory, Planning)

Lead the design and optimization of BOMs, routings, and production workflows

Manage ERP implementation partners and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives across production

Develop advanced dashboards and analytics in Power BI (KPIs, efficiency, costing,

forecasting)

Ensure data integrity across production, inventory, and planning systems

Lead User Acceptance Testing and system rollouts

Train and mentor users and junior IT staff

Qualifications

Degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, or related field

5 to 8+ years experience in ERP and manufacturing environments

Strong hands-on experience with Odoo or similar ERP platforms

Deep understanding of manufacturing operations (preferably bedding, furniture, or similar)

Proven experience working with ERP implementation partners

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

Experience in mattress, foam, or upholstery manufacturing

Knowledge of MRP, MES, and production planning systems

SQL, data modeling, or basic programming knowledge

Advanced skills in Microsoft Power BI (dashboarding, data modeling)

Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma experience
