Senior IT Audit Analyst (Internal)

Role: Internal IT Audit Senior Analyst

Our client is looking for an IT Internal Auditor who will lead and support IT audits across its local and international operations. The role will handle audit planning, execution, testing, and reporting of findings to management. The successful candidate should be analytical, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working with different teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and/or assist in conducting IT audits across U.S. and international operations.
• Handle different phases of the audit process, including risk assessment, planning, testing, and reporting.
• Review business processes and IT controls to identify risks and areas for improvement.
• Assess controls over operating systems, databases, infrastructure, and applications.
• Identify control weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and present audit findings and reports to management.
• Perform IT controls testing related to financial reporting and SOX 404 compliance.
• Perform data analytics and use data extraction and analysis tools.
• Work with external auditors on various audit projects, when needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Internal Audit team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in internal audit or external audit.
• Experience in IT auditing, risk assessment, and internal controls.
• Experience auditing operating systems, databases, infrastructure, and applications.
• SAP or Oracle experience is preferred.
• CISA, CIA, or CPA certification is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with different teams.

Job Details

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid – at least 4x RTO per month
• Schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• RTO requirements may change depending on team meetings and company activities.
