Job Description

Level - Senior

Location - Pasig

Work mode - Onsite

Shift - Day-shift

We are looking for an experienced IT professional with strong expertise in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).

Key Skills:

  • ServiceNow HAM Pro
  • IT Asset Management (ITAM)
  • Flexera
  • CMDB & Asset Reconciliation
  • Asset Lifecycle Management
  • ITIL

Experience:

  • 5+ years in ITAM, ITSM, or related IT Operations roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and govern HAM Pro implementation activities
  • Work closely with implementation vendors
  • Review and validate solution designs and integrations
  • Drive asset governance, compliance, and reporting
  • Improve IT asset lifecycle processes

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow CSA Certification
  • HAM Pro / ITAM Certification
  • ITIL Certification
