About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior IT Analyst (ERP Financials) who will collaborate closely with business users to define system requirements, analyze system issues, and design robust solutions. This role is responsible for preparing detailed system specifications, supporting ERP Financials implementation, and ensuring the successful development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise-wide ERP Financial systems. The Senior Analyst will also mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Systems Design & Development
- Perform systems design and analysis to develop applications based on business requirements.
- Prepare detailed and complex system specifications for development or configuration.
- Conduct systems testing across multiple modules to ensure solution readiness.
- Maintain a deep understanding of business processes to design effective ERP Financial solutions.
ERP Financials Support
- Ensure the timely development, enhancement, and maintenance of ERP Financial systems.
- Extract, analyze, and transform ERP Financial data to produce reports and insights.
- Create and manage system documentation, user guides, and process materials.
- Prepare training materials and conduct user training during system implementation.
User & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with users to evaluate issues, clarify requirements, and recommend solutions.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior or less experienced systems analysts.
- Facilitate discussions to diagnose application issues and validate solution approaches.
- Coordinate production releases and ensure solutions meet operational requirements.
Operational Excellence
- Develop and run queries or reports related to financial data and transactions.
- Collaborate with programmers or technical teams to implement system changes.
- Provide ongoing support to users and ensure solutions operate as intended.
- Participate in formal and onthejob learning sessions related to systems analysis and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years working directly with users.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP Financials.
- Strong background in systems development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience coordinating system enhancements and conducting independent analysis.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of ERP Financial modules and enterprise-wide financial processes.
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for system documentation and work management.
- Knowledge of Oracle relational databases, multi-tier applications, and system integration concepts.
- Ability to write and analyze queries and reports for financial data.

Work Arrangement
- Hybrid work setup requiring onsite reporting three times a week, or more if required by the team.
- Work schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Manila Time).
