Role Overview
As a Mobile Developer, you will bring ideas to life by building sleek, reliable, and scalable features using Swift. You will help shape key architecture decisions, translate business requirements into technical specs, and write clean code that meets best practices. Beyond coding, you stay plugged into Agile rituals like scrums, backlog grooming, and story refinement to keep the team moving in sync. With a passion for collaboration and problem-solving, they tackle challenges head-on, share knowledge openly, and push mobile development forward one sprint at a time.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- Have a voice in the architectural definition and implementation of various key technology pieces.
- Translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
- Develop new functionality following our coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in daily scrums, grooming sessions and story refining.
- Implement robust unit tests, including edge cases, usability and general reliability.
- Use git to pull/push codes, review code and merge branches.
- Collaborate with the team and participate in knowledge sharing.
- The position requires including and implementing Agile Scrum development methodologies in every research, analysis, prototyping and interfaces development initiatives.
- Openly expose problems and turn them into learning and team bonding experience
COMPETENCIES
Core Competencies
- 4+ years of experience in Swift
- 4+ years of experience in Git
- 6+ months of experience in SwiftUI
- 3+ years experience in Agile Methodologies
Complementary Competencies
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma nice to have - anything similar can be considered.
- Backend, API development knowledge is a plus
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
