We are seeking a decisive and hands-on Senior iOS Developer who can serve as a technical leader and take full ownership of our iOS ecosystem. This role goes beyond codingyou will drive architectural decisions, guide modernization initiatives, and oversee the entire mobile application lifecycle from design to deployment. You will play a key role in transitioning our platform from legacy frameworks like UIKit to a modern, scalable foundation built with SwiftUI.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end iOS development lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-release optimization.
- Drive architectural transformation initiatives, migrating legacy UIKit-based modules to SwiftUI while ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend, QA) to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Establish and enforce best practices for clean code, modular architecture, performance tuning, and secure mobile development.
- Own release management, CI/CD pipelines, and App Store deployment processes.
Qualifications
- With 5 years proven experience as a Senior iOS Developer with a strong portfolio of shipped applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in Swift and deep experience with SwiftUI and UIKit.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience modernizing or refactoring legacy mobile applications.
- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring developers.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and version control workflows.
- Experience with analytics, crash reporting tools, and performance monitoring.
- Background in scalable app architecture for enterprise or high-traffic applications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions.
