Senior Investor Relations Officer

We are looking for a seasoned Investor Relations professional who combines strong financial and capital markets expertise with excellent PR, communications, and marketing capabilities.

This is more than an IR reporting role. We need someone who can understand the numbers, shape the investment story, and confidently represent the company to the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead strategic Investor Relations and capital markets engagement

• Develop compelling investment narratives from financial results, strategy, and growth plans

• Build strong relationships with investors, analysts, fund managers, banks, and financial media

• Lead investor briefings, conferences, funding and non-deal roadshows

• Strengthen corporate reputation and market visibility through PR, financial communications, and strategic marketing

• Develop investor presentations, executive talking points, financial communication materials, and market-facing content

• Support senior management in investor, analyst, and media engagements

• Monitor investor sentiment, market perception, peer positioning, and valuation trends

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 8 years of solid IR experience in an officer or managerial capacity

• Experience working with a publicly listed company

• Strong background in Finance, Strategic IR, and Capital Markets

• Commendable skills in PR, Corporate Communications, and Marketing

• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and relationship-building skills

• Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior executives and sophisticated market stakeholders
